Summary of Role:
The Marketing Operations Manager will work with the Demand Generation, Digital Product, New Homes, and Inside Sales teams to ensure the lead generation program runs smoothly. The role will manage a team of Operations SMEs and lead Marketing Operations processes for vendor management, purchase orders, campaign tracking, and customer rebate payments. It will also play an important strategic role in determining the direction of and growing the Referrals program.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Manage Marketing Operations SMEs who handle key processes including day to day operations, reporting, and key processes.
    • Work to improve current processes and improve team efficiency.
    • Develop a strategic referral marketing strategy and work with Sales teams to improve program operation for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage our rebate and referral partner and ensure a smooth customer rebate experience.
    • Train key stakeholders on rebate processes and procedures and ensure each customer receives the qualified rebate on time.
    • Oversee new supplier enrollment and onboarding, invoices and billing, creative requests and the marketing calendar.
    • Build campaign tracking through Salesforce to create clean reporting for marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience
    • Knowledge of Salesforce
    • Cross functional, team-oriented, problem solver who can build relationships and thrive working multiple teams and stakeholders across SunPower
    • Must have excellent organization skills, strong time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience managing customer incentive and Referral programs
    • Knowledge of Qliksense and LeadConduit
$89,000 - $133,500 a year
Please note the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and in the geographical location noted. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,000/year to $133,500/year. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
